+ Can I sign up for one session?

Your first 45-minute discovery call is totally free and non-committal! After that you do have the option of booking a single deep dive session that’s 90 minutes. This is only recommended for someone in need of a tune up and who already has a semi-solid foundation of self care. Otherwise a single session will not be enough to enact deep change, ya feel me?

+ What are your core values as a coach?

I'm so glad you asked! Click HERE to read all about them.

+ Do you do nutrition or meal plans?

If it makes sense for our work together, I do offer meal plans and recipe guides, but we’ll talk about how to make them intuitive so you aren’t blindly following my advice :)

+ What makes you different from all the other coaches out there?

Not to brag but...a lot! With my background of being a professional chef, my masters of science in Nutrition and Integrative Health, AND my Eating Psychology training, I am able to coach in an incredibly unique way. Check out the About Me to understand more about my background and what makes me different!

+ Do you offer personal chef services?

I partner with an amazing chef, Julia Chebotar, to offer you personal chef services. I can also recommend you to various other culinary professionals depending on your needs!

+ Do you meal prep for yourself?

I have in the past, but I currently have a lifestyle that allows me to cook from scratch most every day. Plus after working as a chef I can whip up meals pretty quickly ;) However if you don’t work at home and feel super comfortable in the kitchen, I highly recommend meal prepping and learning to do that can become a big part of our coaching.

+ Where do you see clients? Do you ever work with remote clients?

If you live in NYC, our first official 90-minute session will likely be in person, and from then on we can figure out if it makes sense to meet in person, video-chat, or do a phone call. If you live outside of NYC, we’ll have sessions over video chat or the phone :)

+ What websites would you recommend for finding recipes?

I love these blogs for their ease and deliciousness: Weelicious, The Defined Dish, No Crumbs Left, Nom Nom Paleo, and Deliciously Ella.

+ What are your favorite books to recommend?

These books changed my life...Nourishing Wisdom by Marc David, The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer, The Slow Down Diet by Marc David, I Contain Multitudes by Ed Young, The Judgement Detox by Gabby Bernstein, You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero.

+ Do you offer any referral perks?

Duh!! Firstly, I’m honored that you want to tell friends about me. :) As a thank you, both you and your referral will receive a free 45-minute session!

+ How do you have so much willpower?

Uh, I don’t. The whole willpower thing is a COMPLETE myth. We only have a finite amount of willpower and honestly, I’m not tryna rely on willpower to get me through each day with thousands of decisions to be made. Nope. You have to have a larger WHY and strong bond with yourself in order to consistently make decisions that support your mental and physical health. Willpower just won’t cut it.

+ What are some of your favorite restaurants?

My two absolute favorites for special occasions in NYC are Estela and Cosme! But when it comes to more health-supportive places, I turn to Sweet Green, Little Beet Table and Kitchen, Springbone, Cafe Clover, Loring Place, Westville, and Hu Kitchen!
